HEyla! Uni's been mad I tell ya, mad. Still is, actually.

 

But I'm procrastinating so I thought updating my blog would be a good excuse.

 

OK, not really and my tutor will have my head if I don't complete my work.

 

Anyway, IH Student elections are coming up! The undercurrents can be felt about the college. And I am finally willing to admit something. I AM stubborn. Like a donkey, possibly, too =P

 

I don't like it when I get commanded or "told" to do certain things. IN fact, I'll probably NOT do the thing or I'll do the exact  opposite. IN short, I don't like being bossed around (if it's the other way it's a diff matter. I'm power huingry rmb? ;) When I was TOLD, last night, to vote for certain people, that obstinacy kicked in. Even though I knew the person didn't mean it in that manner. I KNEW it and yet it still kicked in. So i didn't answer.

 

There. My one great failing. And of course, my procrastination. I feel bad about my procrastination. But I don't feel bad about this somehow. I should but oh wells. life, ain't it?

 

OH! And A thousand splendid suns? Read the book! But not if you have exams around the corner (like me). I kept awake for the better part of the night last night to read the book and now... I have panda eyes and my brain's threatening to shut down on me any minute now.

 

So I guess I better finish BPA now. Ish. Toodles!

Hmm. The time shows Msian timing. t's been a lovely day so far. Although I did go out when I was sposed to be doing my work to celebrate Jon jon's bday.

 

I lost all traces of dignity and integrity on Sat night WITHOUT getting drunk. How's that for a feat? I think my personal self is now more infamous than DeeDee Delight. Haha. Interseting night it was though =) Although remind next time not to say yes to something I don't know anything about.

 

The Olympics opening ceremony was AWESOME as a possum!! The ppl in  of every creed and race sitting together in the JCR watching it together. And the students from China! Gosh, they were SOOOOOOOO proud of their country! And I was proud of them for being so proud of China! It makes me glad that i'm a Chinese descendant! And it's at time like these that I think world peace can be achieved. Ironically enough, Russia and Georgia started a war. Russia is now occupying parts of Georgia. The poor Georgians! And the Russians too! As if there wasn't enough pain going on in the world!

 

Have signed up for the 40 hour famine. And no, I'm not fasting from food. My parents would kill for one and another I'm down with the flu so I can't go w/o the badly needed nutrients. I'm fasting from..... *drumroll* FURNITURE!!!! Yes, I am. Stop laughing!!! For 40 hours, I will work, eat and sleep on the floor. Will anyone support me in this endeavour of mine?? I've been so bored at home I've resorted to blogging.

 

But the past few days have been pretty eventful. Meeting people, makaning and talking (plus a lil bit of window shopping). Haha, yes, yes. I lead a very decadent life. And a very broke one, now that the present buying season is upon us. Gosh, why does EVERYONE's bdays fall in altogether??!!

 

Oh, TV? So far, I've had roti canai, roti telur, roti kaya, ais kacang, hokkien mee, ying yong, bird's nest, ramly burger, kaya balls etc etc etc etc. Can't rmb all the food I've had =p

 

Jealous much??

 

 

 

Haha! Lame (not to mention ciplaked) title I know but oh well *shrugs*

 

I'm not going to apologizing for not updating my blog because I believe that I will have to start every post til June 16th with an apology.

 

As you can guess from the title, this one's for Ching Yee. Just coz I want her to know that she's still loved and much thought of 100000square miles away from her. Oosh. It's getting all warm and mushy here. I should probably stick in my other (less altrustic) reason. i don't want her to lob my head off the next time I see her.

 

hey, Ching, Did you know TV dyed her hair hot pink? And had it braided too?? ;P

 

Under pressure for mid sems too? So are we over here... I feel dumb. It's a very bad feeling.

 

Oh, and Ching, remember you wished I'd meet someone who would sit beside me and not allow me to do my work? Guess what? you wish came true! A friend keeps on dropping by my room these days and I get... distracted. And the conclusion is: I get no work done. Are you happy?

 

And if some random idiot does spend an overlong time NOT looking at your face (i'm trying to be polite here) why don't you ask him to take a picture? I'm sure the embarassment will kill him off to know that he's been caught doing so. It's worked before.

 

i'm still surviving. Barely. I know my blog entries are a tad (ok, fine, a LOT) on the boring side, but it's a reflection of my life atm. Even though my friends do think I have a gorgeous bloke in my French class.

 

Less than a month away... =S This time next month I will be in Malaysia again...

Hmm... Good question. Ask me again when I've met my knight in shining armour. And know it =)

Well, definitely not what i learnt in French class! It'd probably make him more bigheaded than he is =) Haha... on the other hand, if I feel cheeky enough, "Voulez vous coushay avec moi cesoir?" ;P

 

3. If you were to be stranded on a deserted island, who are the 3 blog buddies you would take with you?

i'd take Steph coz she'd probably have come well prepared that we'd be able to save ourselves, um, TV and Chingy probably for the sadistic pleasure of watching them cut each other's throats out..

 

4. Where is the place you want to go most?

Does it have to be THE place?? I've a million to choose from! Switzerland's a definite and then PEI and then Alaska and the list goes on...

 

5.If you have one dream come true, what would it be?

I'd wish.. I'd wish.. I'd wish for the world to stop playing politics. Then everyone can be happy =) I'm serious!!

 

6. Do you believe you can survive without money?

Hell, no. Not in this world anyway.

 

7. What are you afraid to lose the most?

My laptop. Nah, just kidding. It'd probably be my integrity. I'm too proud for my own good =) What?? everyone has got weaknesses...

 

8. What would you do if you won $1million?

In Aussie dollars?? A LOT!! I'd invest 3/4 of it in order to earn mega- huge returns AND then treat myslef and those whom I hold dear to me =) Then again. I don't exactly have to plan for this scenario do I? I mean, what are the odds of such a windfall occuring?? 0.0000000001 more like =)

 

9. If you met someone whom you love, would you confess to him/her?

er... Ask me again when I find that person... Goodness me, what's with all these mushy qs?? You'd think the person who came up with this was in love or something.

Weeeeeeeeeeell, is being the man of my dreams too tall an order to fulfill? Oh. which reminds me. He can't be too tall. I have a complex about that.

Definitely those who play dirty politics. even those who shine shoes. Does this mean that I hate everyone in the world?? Interesting question.

 

13. What is your ambition?

To have my face in a magazine! gosh, that sounds amazingly bimbotic. I meant a finance magazine in the whodunnit column. Referring to the above question, does this mean that I'll turn into someone I hate?? Paradoxical how these things come back and haunt you...

 

14. What is the thing that'lll make you think he/she is bad??

Wha...??  Doesn't it depend on what the person does? probably if I see you hanging around Chow Kit too often.. but hey, what would I be doing in Chow Kit to be able to see you that often?

 

15. What do you thinkis the most important thing in your life?

My family. My dogs. And of course, my dogs. And my grades. And my "face". Oops. wanted to type my friends too. Slot it in somewhere. i'm too lazy to backspace =)

 

16. Are you a shopaholic or not?

When I have the cash and a reason to be... Yes. I would say I have a bit of Becky Bloomwood in me =) DFO!!!

 

17. If you have a chance, which part of your character would you like to change?

The procrastinator part of me, duh! but i'm pretty happy being me actually. It's fun. you should try it sometime. Or maybe not. too many rachels would make me feel so unspecial =)

Me? list it down here so that all and sundry can go interrogate the person afterwards? Not b***** likely!! (I'm sorry if that sounds excruciatingly rude. But I do enjoy privacy)

My genetic makeup. And of course, ME!!!! YOu can only have one ME in the millions of people you meet after all.
